4. Review and Removal Process

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, Neooen will promptly review the claim. If the notice meets all legal requirements, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content without prior notice.

We reserve the right to request additional information if the notice is incomplete or unclear.

5. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following:

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was in error
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

7. False Claims Disclaimer
